Hotels.com - Outside Lands Partnership 

Hotels.com was looking to integrate directly into summer festival content and deliver reach against the travel audience. So we partnered with San Francisco's Outside Lands Music Festival and various vendors to make a splash during Summer Festival season. 

As Outside Lands official lodging partner, we provided fans with discounted hotel rates during the festival weekend. The partnership included on-site activations from pop-up happy hours, to free WIFI and surprise selfie-stations with Captain Obvious. We also partnered with Instagram Influencers to create authentic content proving that Hotels.com's rewards unlocks instant savings. 

On top of experiential, we sponsored the festival live stream on AOL.com and rewarded fans with sponsored Thrillist city guides.

+Managed creative development process through production and launch for custom content, media partnership, social influencer program and on-site activation.

+Acted as project manager between agency, clients and festival promoters and media sponsors. ​
